Application of aluminum plate reduction line:
The aluminum plate after leveling requires high flatness, and the surface should not be rubbed, scratched, or creased. Generally, surface coating is applied during processing. There must be a gradually increasing force between the unwinding machine and the straightening machine in the aluminum plate production line.
The straightening roller diameter of the straightening machine should be thin, there should be multiple support rollers, the lower base and upper crossbeam should have high strength, and the support rollers need to be electrically adjusted. The shearing machine moves back and forth.
Adopting a self-developed follow-up cutting control system, the performance is reliable, with a cutting speed of up to 60m/min.
